So, Boom - More in the works

So, Boom is the first installment in a trilogy of short films called The Fresh Release Series following Sweet Tea (played by Tiny) through her experiences in and out of the carceral system.

The second short film in the series, Swish, Swish, Boom, takes us inside an acting class held in a juvenile detention facility.

These stories are being expanded into a feature film, what are we going to do with you?

Inspired by Tiny and Abby's experiences teaching theater to incarcerated teenage girls in NYC.

Projects are in development.

Inside a juvenile facility, a new teacher relives her past, a 14-year-old girl faces her mom for the first time since her violent arrest, and the rest of the theater class tries to hold it together until Family Day.

what are we going to do with you?

To save a failing jail drama program, three women— a former theater teacher, a recently released inmate, and a charismatic guard— prepare a group of incarcerated girls for a Family Day performance, but when a controversial celebrity donor and unresolved tensions threaten to derail everything, they have to define what, and who, they are fighting for.
